Your calls are answered by our professional agents. We ensure all of our agents are fully trained on your account before they begin receiving calls. 

We have four offices through Alberta, Canada. We’re in Edmonton, Calgary, Red Deer, and Brooks, and we have a team of remote agents located across Canada.

What can’t an agent do!? We can take messages, schedule appointments, answer frequently asked questions, give pricing information, provide directions, do level-1 tech support duties, screen calls, and just about everything else an in house receptionist can do. Everything but get you a coffee!

Our agents are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We are always answering your calls live within seconds.

For sure. You can forward any phone number to us at any time of day. In many cases, we can even port your number into our system and act as your phone service host. 

Absolutely! We have a long list of numbers for anywhere you need. We are a class one service provider, which gives us access to anything the major telecomm providers have.

If a caller wishes to be connected with you, and the account instructions allow for that, we put the caller on a brief hold while we contact you and ask if you would like the call to come through. If you do, we transfer it immediately. If not, we will take a message and email/text it to you for a later follow up.

We establish your normal schedule during the account set up. We also stay up to date with your schedule as time goes on. Because we are trained to handle most calls for you, it is not always urgent that you answer the call. 

If you’re not available, we collect the information you need and inform the caller that they can expect a call at a later time. We do everything we can to make sure the caller is satisfied with the information they receive, and let them know when they can expect a follow up.

We send you your messages as you want them. We can send them through email or text message. We also can set up message summaries at any interval you prefer. This is a highly customizable aspect of our service.

At this time, the only language service we provide is English. We can make recommendations for multi-lingual services if it is something you are seeking.

A usage minute is calculated as the time an agent spends in your account. This is a combination of the time spent talking on the phone, and the time it takes to “wrap up” the call. For example, completing a form, or relaying a message to you. We also calculate to the second, and do not round up to the nearest minute.

If you go over your plan’s minutes, each minute will be billed at the overage rate outlined in your agreement. The more minutes are included in your plan, the less your per minute charge is, and the less your overage rate is as well.

Yes, you can. We have a number of report delivery methods to show you all the information you want to see. We also have an online portal that displays all the call stats you could possibly want!

Yes, you can. If you wish to make change to your billing at any time, just get in touch with us and we will make the changes active on the next billing period.

Forwarding your number is super straight-forward. Depending on you phone provider, it is usually a quick 3 button code (*67 or similar) followed by our number. We will help ensure the process is clear with you.

We can also set up a reminder to automatically test if the line is forwarded at the times you wish to have us handle your calls.

We can make outgoing calls for you, such as reminders of appointments, and other administrative outbound calls.

We do not do outbound soliciting.

We do not offer free trials, but we do offer introductory flat rates. These flat rates are a commitment from us to ensure we are building an account that suits your needs to a T. We believe in demonstrating excellence over time.
