If your a plumber, for example, a 10:00 PM caller might just be on the line because they have a blocked sewer. A 10:00 PM caller could be a wrong number. A 10:00 PM caller could be the regional GM of a restaurant chain with a grease trap problem.

You might want to take some of these calls, and you might want to follow up the rest at your convenience.
