Reception/Business Services

Many of our customers enjoy using our answering service as their receptionist.
When we're acting as your reception service our goal is to sound - not like a big, informal answering service - but like a friendly receptionist who actually knows their business and loves to help callers!
How it Works
When our "call switch" (think of a computer that answers the phone) receives a call to your business it routes the call and all account instructions to the first trained and available operator.
We keep track of the level of training of all our operators, and the call switch sees all our operators at once and routes the call appropriately - and all before the first ring!
Hours of Operation
Some businesses are pretty much 9 to 5.
Other businesses receive a number of after hour's calls. When a business uses us for reception and business services it doesn't cost a penny more for a call at noon or a call at midnight.
Working 24 hours a day 365 days per year may sound like a daunting task, but to us it's as easy as breathing. After all, we've been providing reception and business services for 40 years!
We love what we do, and when we answer your telephone that's what your callers hear.

Studies have shown that only 33% of potential clients leave a voicemail! Find out more about
