Sophisticated and Reliable Systems
99.99%
We're very proud of that number: 99.99.
That's our 2011 uptime percentage. Our systems were offline for less than 1 hour in 2011, and of those 53 minutes only 12 minutes were unscheduled.
Uptime like ours does not happen by accident.
Hardware and Software Reliability
We started with the right hardware system with the right software environment. This means we can schedule system maintenace when our call traffic is low.
System Design
Robust UPS strategies in all our locations and in our server cage mean that we're not dependent on outside power. Four data-linked locations in Alberta (Calgary, Red Deer, Edmonton, Grande Prarie) increases our reliability exponentially. If one location is off line the other three locations continue to be fully operational. Each office is, in a sense, "redundant."
Scheduled Repair Maintenance
From generators and server room air conditioning to routine software upgrades our repair and maintence schedule is designed to have zero-impact our call centres' capacity. It takes planning and management, but it gets us back to that number we're proud of: 99.99%

Studies have shown that only 33% of potential clients leave a voicemail! Find out more about
