No Contract

For some customers, signing a contract and paying month to month isn't a big deal- they know what they want and they know that a service can meet their needs on a long term basis. For others, they might be interested in trying a service for a few months to see if that service works for them before committing to it on a long-term basis. Here at Select Call Centre we don't ask our customers to sign onerous contracts with complex termination clauses. If you don't like our service, you don't have to keep working with us - it's that simple!

There are many benefits to not using a contract. For our customers, they appreciate the flexibility of being able to change their service as their needs change. For Select Call Centre, we appreciate being given a chance to prove our service to our customers every month. Knowing that our customers stay with us because they want to and not because they're contractually obligated to is a great motivator for us to work even harder to keep earning your business!

Customers have the opportunity to try our service to see if it works for their business. If we fail to live up to your expectations,  you can cancel service at anytime you choose. There are no early termination penalties or hidden cancellation fees. Simply put, if you decide you no longer want to work with us - you don't have to!
