Four Locations
Select Communications has four data-linked telephone answering call centres located throughout Alberta: Calgary, Edmonton, Grande Prairie, and Red Deer.
Four locations deliver better services
There are many benefits to having four offices. At any given time, there are a number of operators ready and available to take your calls.
All of our operators – no matter what their location - have access to all of our customer accounts and instructions.
Local Supervision and Management
Another benefit is a supervisor in every office to deal with local issues. For example, if a customer in Grande Prairie calls our head office in Edmonton with a local concern, they can be immediately transferred to their local office instead of having to explain the situation to multiple people before being transferred to the correct person.
Natural Disasters, Weather and Fire Alarms
It is also beneficial to us in the cases of any emergency shutdowns or natural disasters. If one of our offices goes offline for any reason their calls are seamlessly routed to the other operational offices.
When bad weather strikes we are busier than ever! Four locations make it easier for local operators to get to work or cover extra shifts when necessary.
