H2S and Hazmat Protocols

At Select Call Centres we're used to working with customer who really need a call centre - a live operator.
And that means we understand the danger of hazardous environments. We know what H2S means. We understand how important hazardous materials protocols are.
We work with our customers to ensure account instructions are clear and easy to follow, and that we know how to respond in an emergency. Our IT systems keep critical emergency contact information for each individual account accessible to our agents.
When we develop H2S and Hazmat protocols with our clients we're careful to "get it right" the first time.

Studies have shown that only 33% of potential clients leave a voicemail! Find out more about
